NOPE!!  We have various Starter Loc techniques and Loc Extensions to start Locs on processed and/or heat damaged hair. More than likely you will have to get Instant Starter Locs if you don’t have a defined curl pattern.

Depending on how tight your curl pattern, desired loc size, and desired starter loc technique, you will need 2-6 inches of hair to start locs. The looser your curl pattern, the longer it will need to be to start the locing process. 

Yes we do recommend booking an appointment for a consultation through the Appointment section of our website if you feel it’s necessary or you have extra long hair. This will allow us to better assist you when you come in.
